Hi, I'm Shan.
Local real estate agent, mom of three, coffee enthusiast, and proud Hereford native who truly believes home is about so much more than real estate.
I've spent my entire life in the Hereford Zone, and now I'm raising my own family here in Parkton, just minutes from where I grew up. This community shaped who I am, which is probably why helping people find their place here feels so personal to me.
My path into real estate wasn't exactly traditional, but every step somehow led me here. I started out working in my family's business, moved into commercial real estate research, and eventually found my way into residential real estate marketing and sales. By 2015, I knew I'd found what I was meant to do.
Since then, I've helped first-time buyers, growing families, downsizers, longtime homeowners, and plenty of people who weren't quite sure what their next move was yet. And I've learned that good real estate isn't just about knowing the market. It's knowing when to push, when to slow down, what actually matters, and how to make a complicated process feel a whole lot simpler.
My approach is equal parts strategy, communication, problem-solving, and real-life support. I'm here to answer the questions, keep things moving, handle the things you don't want to handle, and tell you the truth, even when the answer isn't necessarily the one you were hoping for.
Around here, you won't get a super-polished “salesperson” version of me. You'll get me. Honest advice, strong marketing, local knowledge, lots of communication, and someone who genuinely cares about the people behind the transaction. My favorite client relationships are the ones where, somewhere along the way, I stop feeling like “the Realtor” and start feeling more like the friend you happen to call about real estate.

When I'm not working, life is usually a little chaotic in the best way. Early mornings at CrossFit or on the Peloton, coffee always within reach, running kids to activities, listening to a business or wellness podcast, or squeezing in family movie nights and beach trips with my husband Casey, our kids Frankie, Mason, and Olivia.
Real estate has given me the chance to combine so many things I love: people, marketing, homes, community, and helping someone figure out what comes next. And getting to do it in the place I've always called home makes it even better.
• RELATIONSHIPS FIRST. LOCAL KNOWLEDGE ALWAYS.
